1990 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500 Silverado Additional Info:
I am selling my 1990 Chevy pickup. I bought it from a retired World War II veteran. When I bought it 3 years ago it had 38,000 miles on it and now it has 43. This truck was taken very good care of. When I bought it I did a minor tune-up including new brakes fuel pump and repack the wheel bearings. Also full service on motor and transmission. Since I have owned it I'm taking it on a small trip and also drove it around town. It is a pleasure to drive everything works fully loaded with cruise control power windows power locks and air conditioning that blows 41 degree air. The only reason I am selling it is because I inherited a 1969 Ford from my uncle and I can't have that many trucks sitting around :-). This truck spent its life in Custer South Dakota the man I bought it from purchased it in Iowa and drove it to South Dakota that's where it lived its life. I think anyone would be hard-pressed to a truck of this year with this low miles in this good condition. It was very desirable to me because it had the Chevy 350 and was fully loaded with options. The interior is near-perfect with amazing fresh upholstery that's 28 years old but still feels new. The headliner is perfect carpet is good. The motor and drivetrain run perfec, there is a little puff of blue when it has been sitting out of the tailpipe it goes away immediately I've been told it's probably the age of the valve guides veryccommon for the 5.7. However it does not consuming oil in between oil changes . Also does not leak any oil whatsoever. The exterior paint is good with the exception of the hood starting to peel which I took a picture of. The rear bumper has a ding in it from where he must have backed into a trailer. I see no evidence of rust or Bondo or anything of the kind in all of its life. This would be an excellent candidate for full restoration because it's so close right now or just simply a good half ton fully loaded Chevy pickup with low miles. Thanks for looking buyer to deal with all shipping or to come pick up in person.
