This is a very desirable 57 Belair 2 door hardtop in Harbor blue. It's a good looker! It was restored to original condition. Great driving and functioning car. EXTERIOR: It presents itself really well. It is straight and shiny. Body fits nice. Yes there are a few minor flaws, but standing next to it the car looks like a show car. The paint is smooth and glossy. Repainted its original color which is rare and desirable. Body fits niceOlder repaint... in it's original Harbor blue color. The chrome and trim is all bright, shiny and straight. The headlights are correct type T-3s. It's full of features. Upfront it has bumper guards and rubber bumper tips. Down the sides it has dual mirrors, metal door edge guards, rocker moldings and fender skirts. It has the spinner hubcaps and correct reproduction white wall tires. The rims are painted body color. In back it has the gold license plate frame, also bumper guards and optional reverse lights. The windshield has been replaced. Door jambs are very nice, new sill plates, soft weatherstrips, clean latches and hardware. INTERIOR: It's actually quite nice inside. I'm sitting in it right now looking at a beautiful Dash. The metal is all painted glossy Harbor blue, the lenses and gauges are in excellent shape, all the trim is shiny, knobs and heater controls are mint. Inside the glove box looks new the light works. Has optional clock and traffic light finder on the dash. Overhead the visors, headliner and mirror look new. Dome light works. The seat feels firm. Replaced upholstery and door panels with correct reproduction materials. Carpet was replaced and has reproduction rubber floor mats. It has some nice upgrades: retractable seat belts in the front and a tachometer mounted on the steering column. Everything looks great and fits nice. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Very clean, completely stock engine compartment. Has #s matching 283 V-8. Correct valve covers, manifolds, air cleaner etc. Has correct carb and glass fuel filter. Has reproduction battery topper and cut off switch. It does feature electric wipers and washers. Has updated power steering. All the metal is clean. Paint finishes are smooth. Looks proper and tidy. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It's really very nice inside the trunk. Clean metal is painted body color and cleared. Has correct mat. Matching spare, the white wall tire has never been used, rim is blue. Has the jack assembly and instructions decal. The seat divider, latches, hardware all look clean. UNDERSIDE: Up front has some upgrades. Rack and pinion steering was added. Brakes were converted to disc with drilled and slotted rotors. Components look good, shocks look recent. Bottom of the motor is very clean. Still has original canister style oil filter. Manual 3-speed trans looks clean too. Has new exhaust system from front to back. Fuel tank and sending unit is new.
