1987 Chevrolet S-10 High Sierra Additional Info:
1987 GMC S15 High Sierra 355 CI V8. You will not find a nicer truck for the money!!!! This hot rod truck can be driven daily or taken to the strip for some fun. The truck has been completely gone through. All new suspension and drive train. There is less than 200 miles on it since completion. I will do the best to list the build details. I have a ton of build photos upon request. Engine: 1998 SBC Vortec block, .030 Speed Pro flat-top pistons. ARP rod, main and head bolts. Balanced rotating assembly. New oil pump and shaft. Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, E-Force 210cc aluminum Cylinder heads (2.02 1.60 valves). screw in studs, guide plates, 1.6 Comp Cam aluminum rocker arms. Hydraulic roller cam (can provide cam card information). Autometer Ultralite electric Tachometer, water temp, oil temp, oil pressure gauges. Exhaust: Headman short headers, 2.5 inch exhaust through two Flowmaster mufflers. Ignition: MSD #8570 Distributor. MSD Digital 6-AL. MSD Blaster coil. Street Fire 8mm wires. Steering: Manual Cooling: Champion aluminum radiator, twin electric fans (auto turn on at 185 degrees) Fuel: Pro Systems 750 cfm carburetor, Holley HP-125 fuel pump. New 20-gallon fuel tank, sending unit and fuel lines. Transmission: Completely rebuilt TH350 with all new parts. B&M Stage 2 shift kit, 2800 - 3200 stall converter. New driveline and U joints. New B&M Pro-Ratchet shifter and cable. Corrected speedo gear for rear gears/tire combo. Rear-end: GM 8.5, New Eaton Posi unit, 3.73 gears. All new bearings, races and seals. Dutchman 30 spline axles 5x4.75 bolt pattern. All new brakes and hardware. Disc front drum rear. Stops straight, no vibration or pulling. Suspension: 1" drop springs, new 2" drop spindles. New upper/lower control arms, ball joints, bushings, tie rods etc. New calipers, brakes, and rotors. Bell-Tech Nitro Drop 2 shocks. New Western Chassis 4" drop springs. Caltrac Lo Profile traction bars Wheels and tires: Jegs 5 hole wheels - 15 x 4.5 15 X 8. Nitto Drag Radials 275/60/15 Interior: New carpet, no rips tears anywhere. No cracks in the original dash or door panels New weather stripping. Located in Buckley, WA 98321. Clear title in hand. No trades, no dealers. Can be driven daily or taken to the strip for some fun.
