If you are looking for an absolutely perfect,true numbers matching C2 corvette coupe, that can win at any show - not just the local nonsense - this is it!
The car was body off restored over a 2 year period and finished in 1999. There have been less than 1000 miles put on it since then and only 68k original miles. Car is in absolutely perfect condition - not a scratch, crack, chip, mark, etc. in the beautiful lacquer paint. You will not find another 2nd generation Corvette this clean. The under carriage is super clean as well. Every gauge and light works, no excuses.
The numbers matching 327 enginehas 365hp. This was the highest hp, carbureted small block and was just under the top 375hp fuel injected engine in performance. Theenginewas pulled again in 2011 - just to refresh the paint and clean things up to maintain perfect show appearance.
The interior is Al Knoch and absolutely perfect, not a scratch, hole, loose seam, etc. The knock-off wheels not have a mark on them. The car is super tight, no squeaks orrattles. The car is driven less than 100 miles a year and only on dry, sunny days around town. All chrome is triple plated 'show chrome' and in perfect conditionjust like everything else.
This car was judged at aregional NCRS meet and scored 92.4 second flight (email for copies of the judging sheets). The only reason the car didn't Top Flight was because of a total deduction for side exhaust, rocker covers and rear valance (82 pts) which would have put this car at 94.7 Top Flight. I really like the look and sound of the side exhaust, especially with the 365hp
