1968 Chevrolet Camaro Additional Info:

Up for auction is my 1968 Chevy Camaro. I have owned this vehicle since 1985. In early 90's it was semi restored with both quarters panels being replaced and some floor panels patch installed, and some work on fenders and the body being prep for paint then painted blue with whiterallystripes. This Camaro has a worked upchevy 350 engine and turbo 400 transmission with racing convertor and 10 boltposi rear. I only drove this car occasionally on the weekends and then I forgotabout the car, the car sat in the garage for the next 23 years. About two years ago I decided to get the car running again. Thats when I purchased a new gas tank, stainless steel gas line, newcarburetor, and fresh oils for motor and trans. I got the car running and driving again, But time took its toll on my camaro, rust was coming thru heavy in certain spots.I had plans on restoring my camaro again. Thats when I removed the motor andtransmission, complete front end, fenders, hood, inner fender, lights, etc, etc,. And now its sitting again in garage. Time to move on and let go.

This Camaro needs to berestored again it needs, floor pans, trunk floor, complete firewall, tulip cowl, fenders, inner fenders, hood, pretty much allsheet metal. The roof is rotted pretty bad, rust coming thru drip rails, needs roof skin. The frame rails are solid, driver side shock tower is good, passenger has some rot, its not rotted all the way thru but it does have some rot. This Camaro comes just the way you see it in the pictures, all thesheet metal and motor and transmission. The car has 15 inchrally wheels, Idon’t have the trim rings(someone stole them)I do have the otherrally wheel, it has a flat and needs a tire, all tires are dry rotted. The sub-frame is in good condition with very little surface rust. The interior seats are in very good condition(see pics) I tooka lot of detailed pictures of my car and all the faults. I have described this car very honestly, I have nothing to hide. If you have any other questions feel free to just ask. Also, I have a clean and clear NJ title in my name, the partial hidden vin on cowl matches the vin. I am selling this car with no reserve high bidder wins.
I encourage everybody interested in this car to come inspect the car in person. This car is located in Bloomfield, NJ 07003
