1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Additional Info:
'55 Chevy 210 in absolutely fantastic condition. The body, frame, and paint are some of the nicest I have ever seen. Not one bit of rust. You could eat off of the car's underside. Always garaged.
This car was built as a classic drag/show car-- no expense was spared, and it shows. She was built to handle well over 750 HP. I bought the car for the amazing body and strong mechanicals and then made her a bit more streetable. I removed the drag shell seats and rollbar and added original '55 seats.
Drivetrain/Mechanicals: New ZZ4 crate motor 350/350 with under 100 miles (previous engine was a blown small block--see guages), built/modified T400 with manual valve body and tranny brake; traction bars, Currie 35-spline 9" rear with spool (currently has 3.23 gears for the street) and Panhard rod; tubbed; dual electric fuel pumps, new fuel tank, properly lowered; front disc brakes, exhaust exits in front of rear wheels (sounds great); American Racing 15" wheels (295/50; 155/80 tires).
Interior: '55 seats -- newly reupholstered front and rear; Sony CD head unit hidden in glovebox, changer in trunk.
Body/Paint: Fantastic; no apologies; one paint chip in interior (near door lock pull); fiberglass hood; black roof.
