1969 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:

The older convertible corvettes w/ big blocks were nicknamed "The widow makers" big horse power fiberglass body convertible top very fast. I wanted to build a high horse power naturally aspirated convertible corvette stingray. The vette was purchased through salvage auction. It was a 350/350hp 4 spd car numbers matching, engine went to england, m21 close ratio trans is still here. engine - 454 chevy stroked to 489, aluminum heads, roller cam w/ roller rockers, 2 four barrels ( set up for nitrous ) jesel belt drive and front mounted distributor w/ msd distributor plug, moroso accessories plate, moroso mandrel w/ vacuum pump aeromotive fuel pump belt driven, fast crank trigger and ignition system, factory big block exhaust manifolds w/ repoduction ( 3,000 dollar ) side pipes. transmisson - mid west muncie m22z transmission 3.02 first gear wide ratio box. Trans performed awesome in a 70 chevelle 454 car 650hp w/ 3.42 gears in the rear. The corvettes 3.31 transaxle should perform better. body - l88 hood, needs body work finished and painted, top is in perfect condition interior - is perfect not a crack in the red leather the only damage is to the center counsel and i have a brand new one
