1969 Camaro rs/ss convertible pace car, 396/4-speed, 12 bolt, multi leafs. Built at the Van Ness plant in Los Angeles California, a true survivor retaining its original matching numbers 396 motor. "Not a restamped period correct motor! has its original deluxe hounds tooth interior with no rips, original convertible top with no fading in the rear windshield and has the original orange convertible top boot in excellent condition. all gauges work including the original tach and clock! has an aluminum be cool radiator, optima battery and ceramic coated headers with flowmaster mufflers, wheels are original GM 15/7 rallys that have been powder coated with new 235/60/15 bf goodrich radial ta tires. Older 80's lacquer paint with some checking, all body panels line up straight, has one small spot of rust on the very bottom of each fender below the trim, the trunk is solid with no rust holes. the floorboards are beautiful and free of any rust, dents or repairs. Headlights work but door mechanisms need to be repaired, currently not functioning, a true survivor, one of 3,674 pace car's built, only 500 were built in Ca, and 2/3 were small block. Also this is not a Z11 car making it vary rare! no camaro pace cars built in California had the Z11 code on the trim tag but only pace cars were available with the white and orange houndstooth codes on the trim tag, which distinguishes ca pace cars. here's your chance to own a Truly Iconic Muscle Car!
