1951 Chevrolet Other Deluxe Additional Info:

As many of you know / remember - my car is/was about 95% complete when I went on vacation. It's had all the metal work redone, and essentially every component replaced/updated.
As it sets - trim / bumper / windows / weatherstripping / interior (door panels and headliner) needs put back on/in it. Most everything IS included though to do this, minus maybe glues/screws etc. This was what I was doing when I left.
It did acquire a small ding/scratch after I was gone, but it is small and shouldn't be too difficult to fix. The only other thing I KNOW it needs is the carb replaced or rebuilt.
I have in excess of 30,000$ invested in this car (NOT) counting any labor.. I also have many many many photos of the transition of it - that documentation will go along with it.
The color - is 5 layers of black, and 5 layers of "Cold blue steel pearl" and it shimmers a zillion colors in the sun.. It also has an ample layer of clear which gives it lots of depth. I also have extra pigment for any touch ups.
I hate to see it go - BUT - I need 'reliable' transportation & or some cash far more than I do something 'cool'..
