1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 BELAIR Additional Info:

Peeling one out of the barn to finance another project. You are looking at a 55 chevy 2 door sedan belair . car is a project car but is a good project ca, Clean and clear paperwork in my nam, no funny business..
Only reason im selling is because i want to finish another project and i also have 2 more 55's i can drive right now so ive pulled thos one out of my stash and am going to let it go . Car has really nice front sheet metal and doors " Previous owner shaved the handles but that is easily reversed " there are boxes of parts that i have not been through all of the, trunk is full of parts as wel, Car will need typical floor pans and braces . Trunk pan is usable in my opinion and has a goo tailpan section in it . Front end is loosely bolted to keep everything in one place . slot mag wheel, rear seat is in i, buyer gets choice of a split bench from a 1955 Oldsmobile or a pair of corvair buckets that need alot of work .the driver side quarter panel was replaced by Ray Charles im pretty sur, it was lapped over the old one and screwed on . I think there is enough there that a fella could flange it and make it wor, car has new rocker, and lower quarter panel patches that are new and in the trun, also has a handful of new floor braces and an inner wheel house in the trun, A couple bundles of stainless inside the car and garnish molding, i have the long quarter spears in my garage so they would not get damaged so they are with the car .THE 59 IMPALA WHEEL DOES NOT GO WITH I, I HAVE A DIFFERENT WHEEL FOR I, THE IMPALA WHEEL IS FOR MY MODEL 1 BUT I NEEDED SOMETHING TO STEER IT SO I SAT IT ON THERE Some one had attempted to put rack and pinion on the car and never hooked it u, i wanted to be able to steer the car around the farm when moving it so i went through the parts and hung the original steering back in i, it is all loosely bolted in just to move . There is no engine or trans .As i sai, this is a project ca, most likely if you are looking at this auction then you have a good idea of what its going to take to build the car . But it is a 2 door 55 chevy with alot of potential and clear titl, good paper work is becoming rare anymore with these cars
Located in shelbyville IL 6256, car must be picked up at my location, Car must be paid for in full within 1 week of auction end . Car can stay here for as long as you need to arrange shipping or find time to come after it free of charge , it is safe inside my barn . I will not accept paypal for the ca, Must be paid for with cash at pick u, or if you need me to keep it here for awhile then a Cashiers check or wire transfer will need to be sent within a week of winning the auction .Please ask any and all questions you may have
