1985 Chevrolet El Camino Additional Info:

1985 Chevy El CaminoSuper Sport, Choo Choo Customs.Dark Maroonexterior withmaroon interior. It has a V8 with a 4 barrel carb and a posi rear end. I brought this car 5 years ago as a weekend car and it is a fun car that attracts a lot of attention. The pics of the car were taken on 05/19/16. There are probably fewer than 500 of these cars left and I have not seen another single tone burgundy one. The car starts, runs and stopsgood. I would drive it across country tomarrow with only an oil change. The interior is nice, but has its flaws as to be expected from a 31 year old car. The dash has cracks, and the center console has seen better days, but over all it is still presentable. The power windows and locks work fine, as do the gauges, on the clock stopped working. The bodylooks straight, the paint shines well, however, it does have it share of rock chips, and dings. The chrome is in goodcondition as is the stainless on the car. The tail light lenses arenewer also. I put a tow hitch on it to tow my jet ski to the lake, and I can say that thecar tows nicely. The bed is also in very good condition with a few small dings here and there, the bed mat has helped to protect the bed floor, as it is in good condition as well. The paint is not pebble beach show quality, but still looks good. The hood scoop has developed a personality of its own with some cracks forming and paint blistering, so that would need to be redone soon. The carhas somerust bubbles just now starting to show at the rear wells and around the rear window. The engine runs well, and starts right up. I had the a/c replaced last year, but there must still be a leak in the system as it blows warm again. The brakeshave beenre done as is the charging system. The exhaust has a nice rumble to it and sounds great cruising down the road, however it is old and in need of replacingsoon, but I have lots of extra exhaust parts to go with the car, including a new y-pipe with cat convertor, new extension pipe and some misc exhaust pieces. The car comes with 2 sets of wheels and tires, the ones currently shown, and another stock set that have been painted burgundy to match the exterior color. Car also comes with extra parts, a distributor, carburetor, intake manifold, smog air pump, exhaust manifoldto name a few. Again, it is a good running car, that gets attention whenever I take it out, so the new owner should expect the same. The car is not perfect, as can be expected from a 31 year old car. Buyer should perform own due diligence before purchasing car, including your own personal inspection of the caras there is no implied or expressed guarantee or warranty.Car is sold as-is, where is,no buyers remorse, no under age bidders, and check with your wife before bidding. :) oh, and please have your funds in order before bidding. The car has a clean Arizona title, with the only flaw being in the mileage. The car has almost 160,000 miles on it, but the state of Arizona only recognizes what the odometer shows. Being it is a 5 digit odometer, they only input what is shown, although I argued with them that it has over 100, 000 miles on it. The carfax with confirm that it has turned over the 100k mark. Previous owner had the same problem in Ohio, when he wentto register it too. Anyway, the previous owner stated he rebuilt the top end 12 years ago and because it runs so well, I don't doubt it. The car currently resides in Wayne, NJ, 07470 which is only 25 minutes from Newark Intnl airport. Fly in and drive it home.Paypal deposit due at end of auction, payment in full upon pick up of car. This auction is for the continental US and Canada only, as I will not ship, or make any other arrangements for out of country. Thanks
