1970 Chevrolet Chevelle MALIBU Additional Info:

1979 Malibu. Pretty rare car for being ordered factory with a 4 speed, posi-rear end, AC,and radio delete. Was made into a show car in '09. The owner took it to Chevrolet and had a GM performance Ram Jet FI 350 with 351 HP installed with a Chevrolet tach and gauges. The bad part of the car is the body. It came from South Dakota. The rockers and parts of the frameare rusty. I traded for the car for the drive train, (car is free). PLEASE don't ask me to take pictures of the rust! It would make a great donor car for a Chevelle, Camaro, GTO or any GM product. The car DOES have a good title and it runs and drive's great with tons of power! 72,655 actual miles and drives straight and solid down the road. The brakes have a leak at the brake lines going into the proportioning valve that MUST be fixed before driving down the road. THE ENGINE ALONE IS $6,500! That does not include headers, drive pulleys, dual exhaust with Flow masters, and everything else to make this engine work. Engine is still NEW with only 1 oil change on it. Trans shifts great and rear end is quiet and has no issues. I took the rear seat out to use in another car, that is the only thing I have removed from the car. These rust free Malibu's can be found around here for $1,000 if you like the body style, I don't care for them (too new).
