1985 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 K10 Additional Info:

I have up for sale a 1985 Chevy K10 with 3/4 Ton Axels. This truck was restored approximately 20 years ago and has sat in a garage until last summer when it was brought out to get finished and get driveable. The guy started to drive it. The transmission was bad from sitting. Just put a brand new Monster Transmission built to handle up to 600 HP and 550 Ft pounds of torque. Was approximately $2000 installed. The guy started to drive the truck and the fan belt fell off. He tried to limp it home and it overheated and ruined the engine. It turns over but will not start. The engine was built approximately the same time the truck was restored. Don't know any information on it. The truck was restored with Factory GM box sides, GM doors, GM fenders and factory GM hood which are all still in amazing shape. The cab was in good shape with minimal patching needed at the time of restoration Which you can see in the photos but there are some signs of rust from condensation and bubbling inside the driver door jam on the cab corner and a rust spot in the door jam on the passenger side by the weatherstrip seal. Other than that the truck is in amazing shape. The truck has a painless wiring harness, poly fuel tank, 3/4 ton axels with 410 gears, 205 cast iron transfer case. The truck needs a transfer case shifter and a front drive shaft. Has brand new superswamper radial 38/15/50/16.5 tires which still have the little rubber nipples on the tread. Has brand new radiator, Edelbrock intake and carburetor, Mallory distributor. The truck has an 8 inch suspension lift and 3 inch body lift. Long tube headers. Rough country steering stabilizer kit. Please feel free to email me about the truck for any information and I will try my best to answer any questions. I got the truck in the intentions to either fix the motor and finish putting the truck together or do an engine swap; but I have way too much going on right now and need to get rid of some projects. This will make someone an awesome truck with minimal work. I have this truck for sale locally so may end the auction at any time. I have many more photos, but can only upload 24. Feel free to contact me for other photos. Thanks.... Happy bidding..... Paul
