1982 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Pace Car Additional Info:

You are looking at my 1982 Camaro Pace Car. It is truly a one owner car, with the original title, original window sticker, original dealer order paperwork, plus some other docs from the purchase. It has 44,000 actual miles. The car has automatic, t tops, aluminum rear drums, tilt, cruise, air, rear defrost, power windows, etc.

Engine/Transmission/Driveability: the car runs real nice, and does not have any creaks or rattles. Much smoother than most of the 3rd gens I have had. Drives, rides and handles tight. The original cross fire system was removed and boxed up, and is included with the sale.

Body/Paint/Underneath:The paint on the car, along with the stripes, is 100% original. There is no major rust, and the floors are solid. It was not driven winter, and was rustproofed (with docs) when purchased new. There are areas where the stripes are peeling, and there are a few bumps and bruises, but its original and theres nothing to hide.

Interior: Seats and carpet are in excellent shape. No tears or rips or smells, but one tiny hole on driver seat about ¼" diameter. As nice as you will find. I would say it presents like a 20k mile car.

What is new/what has been done to it: In the last year, we have done a ton of work to this car:

- New front brakes with hoses

- Newer tires

- Newer rear stabilizer links

What it needs / what I would do if I kept it: Valve cover gaskets seep a bit, and a slight adjustment to the choke would help. Red stripes on the wheels aren't perfect. I probably would not paint it, as its only original once.

In general, It's a really solid car that is pretty much ready to go and cruise. It's a real head turner, runs real good, and has all of the coolest options that were available.
