1950 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery.I'll start with outside.Car has been stripped to bare meta, metal finished, primed with etching primer,than sprayed with epoxy primer.Than sprayed with Sikkens base coat clear coat 1962 impala Corona Cream.Car is laser straight.Color sanded and buffed.All stainless and chrome is original to car.I had Schillings metal polishing straighten and polish all stainless on delivery.The grill and bumpers were also re chromed by Schillings.All interior trim was chromed by Schillings.Delivery has all new date coded glass with new felts and door weatherstrips.Motor is a new crate 350,I installed a new performer intake on it and had it powder coated,a new Hei distributor was installed.All mounts were made by Walton fabrication.I bought new exhaust manifolds and smoothed them and had them jet coated black.The corvette valve covers are also powder coated.I bought a new mattson cool man fan setup .All exhaust is jet coated front to rear.I installed fat man dropped uprights and installed front disc brakes.Delivery has all stainless lines for brakes and fuel lines.I also had custom aluminum gas tank made for it.The trans is a rebuilt 350 turbo with a low car shifter.New driveshaft,A new Curry 9 inch narrowed rearend was installed with 320 gears and had it powder coated.The wheels are Vintage American Racing wheels restored by Eric Vaughn a well known wheel exspert.The interior was dyno matted top to bottom,everything including inside doors.It is very quiet and solid.I upgraded the windshield wipers to a new rain gear electric wiper set up instead of the original vacuum style.Elagance interiors did the inside of delivery.Double stitched diamond tuck on seat, door panels,and sides of back.Black loop carpet on floors.Art of sound did the stereo.Alpine stereo with amps and sub.Sounds amazing.All speakers are hidden.Zack from Zacks refinery rewired car front to back .Most everything hidden and clean.Car has Vintage air with custom hoses made for it.Eddy motor sports surpinteen belt setup.Everything works as it should.I bought NOS 1950 plates for it 15 years ago.It drives as good as it looks.Delivery has 2500 miles since restored.Over 75,000 invested in a 4 year build.Today it would cost well over that.Im not counting my labor cost just what everything cost.
