1978 Chevrolet Corvette Silver Anniversary Additional Info:

I have owned this car since 1990 when I was 20 years old. This is not a numbers matching car. Engine, trans and rear end have all been changed. It is a true Silver Anniversary and should be painted two tone silver. I painted it black pearl. The 350 has a 282 cam and 1.6 slot rocker arms. Sounds good, runs good. Has a turbo 400 transmission that has been built and a 373 posi track rear end. True dual exhaust. Moved to VA in 1998. Worked at a place that caused the pearl paint job to fade so I parked it in my barn. About 6 - 7 years ago pulled it out, repainted it solid black but cracked one t-top. Made me mad so I parked it again. It has a brand new gas tank, new rear wheel bearings. It will require a set of tires and a light tune up. Would suggest transporting on trailer. Tires were purchased 1995. I put a new interior kit in around 1992. There is no frame or floor pan rot. As you can see by the photos the car has not been abused. Does have a couple bad paint spots. Very good driver. If you need any underneath photos will be happy to take. Does run, drive, and stop. Brakes are a little soft. Last driven on road in 1998. Anything else you need to know just ask.
