GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this exceptional 1971 Chevrolet Nova. This aggressive Nova comes in a brilliant red paint job complimented by a clean black interior. Powering this vehicle is an impressive Motown II 436 cubic inch V8 motor mated to a performance built Turbo 400 automatic transmission with a Pro-Matic shifter. Boosting the performance of the 436 is a quick Fuel 4 barrel carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum intake, AFR aluminum heads, MSD ignition and a full exhaust. Additional... features include front disc brakes and power steering. This vehicle was completely restored and built by its past owner. It is very evident the Nova was a labor of love as the vehicle was clearly built to the highest standard. If you're in the market for a mean piece of American Muscle, you will be hard pressed to find a better example. Please call or email us today for more information. The Chevy Nova was a completely fresh design by general motors to complete with the growing "compact" car market of the early 60's. The car was built with a uni-body design to compete directly with Ford's Falcon, AMCRambler, and Studebakers Lark. The Nova, also known as the Chevy II, due to its size and lightweight, was soon targeted for performance packages. The Super Sport package came available in 1963, and soon performance versions of Chevy's big and small block V8's made regular appearances under the hood. To this day, The Chevy Nova is a revered muscle car.
