1990 Chevrolet Camaro Additional Info:
1990 Camaro Iroc Z Convertible. Last year of the Iroc Z Camaro. Very low production of the Iroc Z convertible. Only 1294 produced in 1990. This is one of the rarest 3rd gen. Iroc Z with the 305 Tuned Port Injection and 5- speed Transmission. Car was ordered for dealer inventory, but was ordered without any power options. Remember the 1LE factory Camaro's that had no A/ C, no cruise control, no power seat, no power windows, no power mirrors. Tilt wheel and power steering is all that came on the car. Sixteen inch Iroc wheels and Red custom interior is all that came with the base Iroc Z . I have all the factory books and paperwork. The original build sheet is still under the drivers seat. The car was sold to the first titled owner in June of 1991 with 11,000 miles. I bought the car last June from that original owner. He put 12,000 miles on the car from 1991 to 2015. I have paperwork from the original chevy dealer for a major tune up including GM injectors for the total of $1833.00. That was June od 2005 with 20,509 miles. I bought the car with the original Gaterback tires. They were not safe to drive on. Installed new set of 245/50/16 B.F. Goodrich Comp 2 tires. Great tire! I just put in a new heater core because of a small leak. I have done a complete top to bottom and front to back detail. Interior in close to mint with no fading. White paint looks to be original with the factory orange peel. I would say that there has not been any wet sanding of major buffing on the car. I did do a light buff with 3m compound and a hand wax. Looks very good. Car does not need any paint work. Touched up a few small nicks, that it! I drove the car about 1100 miles last summer. I have other Iroc Z with the auto trans and this 5- speed Iroc Z is blast to drive. Bought the car to keep but found another Camaro that I would like to purchase. That's the only reason the car is for sale. I have two other Iroc Z convertibles that I will try to sell if this car does not sell. Black 1990 Iroc Z vert and Gray 1988 Iroc Z vert. Gray is a one year only Color for the Iroc Z . I have never seen another Gray 1988 Iroc z vert!. I have been restoring 3rd gen Iroc's for over ten years. They are great cars and have great future value. The low mile original 3rd gen Camaro's are getting the attention that they deserve. You can call me with any questions at 608 3867010. Please be serious if your interested. I do have the car for sale locally so I have the right to end the auction at any time. THANKS JIM
