1979 Corvette for Sale!

I’m selling my 1979 Corvette and this thing is a BEAUTY!!! Practically everything has been restored and improved on this work of art, and nothing needs to be done. It’s a T-top with automatic transmission, and a low 62k miles. It runs great, drives straight, and will throw you back in your seat if you ask it to. Turning the key brings out a monstrous roar from the upgraded exhaust, giving this Vette the sound it was meant to have.

From my understanding, I’m the 3rd owner of this vehicle and it is awesome! I would love to keep this Vette but as cliché as it is, my wife and I are having our first child in a couple months and I’m needing to sell it. This is the 40th anniversary of this vehicle, and it is in incredible shape (much better than I am at almost 40!)

The previous owner completely restored the Vette and added upgrades. I have tons of receipts and paperwork associated with the restore of this beautiful car. Some of the big things that were done were rebuilding the 350 long block engine for more power. This raised the Horse Power from 195 to around 380 to 400. This included new iron heads with stainless steel valves, aluminum dual plane intake, new claimer pistons, new crank 6-inch steel rods, new aluminum roller rockers, pro balanced with new 8-inch harmonic balancer, new double row timing chain. Cam is a .465 int. lift and a .488 exhaust lift at 1.5 rocker ratio. Advertised duration @006 intake is .290and .300 exhaust. The rear differential was rebuilt to handle the upgrade in power. A/C has been rebuilt and recharged. New hoses and belts. New seats. New paint. Updated Radio and power radio antenna, and much much more. There’s just way too much to list here, but as I said I have tons of receipts that I can show every little thing that has been fixed and replaced on this car.

The way I see it, there’s 2 options with older classics. You can buy one that needs to be restored all the way from paint to the engine down to the little switches that stop working, and slowly work on it to get it where you want. But in actuality, you’ll buy one in rough shape, spend maybe 50 hours on it, tinkering with it, getting quotes, and it’ll end up just sitting in your garage for 10 years and very little will happen. The other option is to buy one that has already been restored, and just enjoy it like you were meant to enjoy it. 40-year-old cars still need to be tinkered with every now and then so let that be your tinkering. I chose to enjoy my Vette instead of letting it sit in my garage for 10 years. I know you won’t regret it if you do the same!

Contact Brian at 918-261-1873 for any questions you may have and to schedule a showing of this head turning beast. I have a Clean Title in hand and she’s ready to go. Thanks for looking!
