1960 Chevrolet El Camino Beautiful Additional Info:
With much regret I'm selling my 1960 El Camino. I looked for years to find one and lucked out with this beauty. Put new paint on it 4 years ago and wanted to strip the body to see if any bondo or rust was there. It was clean and straight. No issues whatsoever, it has all original body panels that are crisp and tight. It is painted back to its original color. The stainless is all there and really nice including the hard to find bed rails. I bought from the second owner who did the interior back in the 80s. It's okay for a driver, the carpet shows its age, I added a custom package tray, seat has no rips just old. Has the hard to find radio delete plate but I've included my working radio out of one of my impalas. The motor is all new and a power house. 350 bored over and has about a thousand miles on it. 3 speed shifts easily and with the overdrive it cruises at 80 like a dream with power left. New bushings up front so it turns on a dime and handles perfectly. Bed is nice with no panels cut or replaced. Wheels fit the era and look great. The front floors and bed are really nice. The spare tire area between the bed and front floors have been amateurishly replaced. Only thing wrong with the car, but you don't see them. Lights and gauges all work. It was my shop truck and swap meet cruiser but time to let her go. You'll never find another this nice for this price.
