Too many grandkids and not enough seats, this is a mostly original completely frame off restored Corvette. Ithas had some upgrades throughout the car. The car has a 12 Bolt Camaro rear-end with 2:56 gears so you can cruise down the highway at 80 mph. It has Wilwood Disc Brakes on all four wheels with Halibrandtrue knock off wheels.
The engine is a numbers matching 283 315 HP engine that has 9 to 1 compression and will run on standard premium fuel. It has original headlight screens from the 1960's as well asan original GM Quick Steer adaptor.
I have simply tried to make this cara very dependable car that you can drive from coast to coast withoutcalling Triple AAA.
The car has the original Borg Warner T-10 included in the price, but it has a Muncie Transmission with a 2:56 low gear in the car. Also included with the car is a factory experimental cross-ram fuel injection.
The car comes with all of the GM manuals that described how to build the car for SCCA racing in 1961.
It is hard to say how many dollars I have invested in this project, but if you are interested in a car that no one else will have at the car show, this is the car.
I would be willing to take an older classic cars in trade, would prefer a station wagon and I am not kidding! With 7 grandkids, I need the space.
