The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. This item is being offered "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or other guarantee as to its condition or fitness for use. All sales are final. Purchaser is responsible for transportation from City of Stillwater in Stillwater OK. Unless otherwise specified in this invitation, property will be available for public inspection/pick-up at 723 South Lewis, Stillwater, OK, weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. For driving directions, contact auction@stillwater.org. The City of Stillwater accepts Pay pal, Cash in Person, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. None of our vehicles come with license plates. Full payment is due within ten (10) business days from the end of the auction. Successful bidder must remove property within thirty (30) calendar days from end of auction.
