1969 Chevrolet Camaro Additional Info:

Being offered for sale is my 1969 camaro . Car was built the first week of december 1968 12A and is a pre x code car .Original color is very rare Azure turquoise with a white top. But was painted orange 30 plus years ago. Original 396 engine is long gone however comes with a 1969 nova 396 375 HP engine which was with the car when i purchased it in 2017 . Casting # of block is 3955272 and stamping T0403JH with casting date of C209 . Engine has Merlin heads on it now however included in sale is a set of 1969 840 casting heads That look to be in good condition . They have been sitting in a shed for 35 years or so . Included in the sale is a 1969 muncie 4 speed transmission flywheel and scatter shield. As well as a1969 375 HP intake manifold . Also included in the sale is a complete 1972 402 chevelle motor along with a 1969 turbo 400 transmission with torque converter . although car needs a restoration a lot of work has been recently completed including new US gear carrier and posi unit . the original 410 unit was replaced with a more street friendly 373 unit along with all new axle bearings a complete rebuild . Axle shaft tube is stamped BV November 1968. new Rear springs, traction bars new rear brakes.New front frame bushings. Rebuilt manual steering box . New rotors and calipers with pads . New brake booster and master cylinder included in sale . Spare fenders and many other parts included . 4 Nos wheel opening moldings . Original ss hood has been long gone and had a hole cut in it for tunnel ram . The doors look solid and the quarters appear to be original and very solid with needing a little work trunk pan is solid with a few pin holes Car has original gas tank with 3/8 lines in very good condition . anyone interested in the car is welcome to come see it in person for inspection of all the parts and car .
