1987 Chevrolet Blazer Additional Info:

2.8 V6 with 4 speed manual stick shift transmission. Will NOT start and needs a battery. I've had this little S10 blazer for many years. 15 or more. It's a project. ALWAYS been a southern auto. Not much rust. There's a few dings and pings. The worst is a slight dent in on the passenger side. Straight body. It's been parked for about 4 or 5 years. It turns over but will not start. Has fire and fuel. I've put a lot of new parts on it recently in attempt to get it to start. I believe it needs the time reset. Could just need a starter, relay, or could even be a bad ground. I put a new distributor in & it didn't work. bought it online and had been to long to try and return it. I thought I had it set bk in time, but i hear it can be difficult and I do not have the tool to do it exact. I have NOT tried a new starter or relays. Has tune up, new ICM, new fuel pump, new coil, switch, and a little more. The motor and transmission were changed about 10 years ago. 2.8 with a 4 speed manual shift. The motor is nice and fancy as it was in a S10 show truck. So, there are alot of chrome parts under the hood.. Intake, Valve Covers, Breather, Alternator. The original color was 2 tone black and grey. I painted all black a few years back.
