1982 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 CUSTOM DELUXE Additional Info:
Up for your consideration is my 1982 Chevrolet Custom Deluxe HD 3/4 ton pick-up truck LWBA/T, P/S, P/B, A/C. 350 ci, 4 bbl carb, original exhaust, crate motor 25000 miles ago, rebuilt transmission at the same time.New tires, HD bed liner, cargo light, new shocks, alignment, new plugs, wires, cap, & rotor, fresh oil change & oil still looks like its right out of the can.Truck runs fantastic, has dual tanks, and dock bumper.
I have a 30' car trailer enclosed with a 78 camaro race car inside along with a tool box, generator, 2 floor jacks, 20 gallons of race fuel, microwave, car parts, and 2 canopies for the trailer, plus more.
BIG DIF BETWEEN HALF TON & A 3/4 TONI have a 1991 gmc 1/2 ton extended cab 4x4 it struggles and squats down with that kind of weight & gets pushed all over the road scary feeling.I hook up the 1982 chevy 3/4 ton LWB same motor it flat takes charge and no squatting it tows same trailer a feeling of stability not pushed around. This is one strong pick up and a nice driving truck, they just don't make trucks like this any more for the money she's a beauty, turn the key and go.She will not disappoint you and it's a survivor and it's clean and straight, all glass is good no cracks, paint still shines, it's all original with the exception of the crate motor. I would not hesitate taking a road trip any where in the lower 48 states, most reliable truck you can depend on.
