The car has always been rock solid. It still has all original metal except passenger fender. Owner #5 hit something and dented the fender, sold it as it was to owner #6 who put a high quality paint job on the car. It is laser straight, and I don't use that term lightly. It has always been black. The interior is in good condition as well. I added a in dash tach that replaced the blank plate to the right of the speedometer. It sits in place like the factory would have done it on a bucket seat car. You could not get a tach on a bench seat nova in 69. The original motor was blown very early by the original owner, most L78s bit the dust early. It was replaced with a standard bore 68 L78 block and retains original heads, intake, 4346 holley and 8M12 499 distributor. A very nice 1969 JH coded Nova L78 block is included with the car. The car is a December car and the block is November. This car starts, runs amd drives VERY smooth, strong and reliable. As long as Ive known the car, its always been that way. Ive had a lot of cars, and it is hands down the best all around running muscle car Ive ever had. Very crisp. The M21 is a 1969 Nova M21, but NOT original to the car. I was recently professionally restored. As was the 4346. The tires have very few miles and the SS wheels were recently correctly restored. The car also sits VERY well. Imo, stance is very important on a muscle car.
I really hate to see this one go. Its always been a well known and well liked car in my area. Ive been thinning down my collection in the past few months. The cars Ive sold have went within 10 days to happy homes. With work, kids, and our unpredictable midwestern weather I hardly have time to drive 1, much less 17. Please contact me with any questions threeoneseven 667 624O. Id really like for serious buyers to come see and hear the car. Im hoping this car loves and appreciates this Nova as much as we all have in my area. Car is sold AS IS. The factory warranty expired many years ago. Due to its age, the car is being sold mileage Exempt. Buyer is responsible for transporting the car. I recommend an enclosed trailer driven by a reputable hauler. A $500 deposit via paypal is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Balance is due within 3 days of the end of the auction via bank wire transfer or cash.
