Zero rust low miles CUCV m1009 k5 blazer

Selling a 1986 military CUCV k5 blazer. M1009 4x4
PROS:
gets 20+ mpg
ZERO RUST, best looking blazer I've personally ever seen when it comes to rust.
Engine starts easy, very reliable, naturally aspirated.
Heater works good.
interior is great and has been refinished
pretty sure the mileage really is 65k since it came from a military base
new glow plugs and everything recently serviced
has all the military blackout light stuff, which is pretty cool
nice front seats, no tears
new CB radio works great
Just rebuilt the rear window gearing.
body is very straight
gov loc in rear axle
tires are good 80+% tread
Needs :
backseat
Turn signals don't work.
speedometer bounces around but is mostly accurate
shift indicator doesn't work, I have a replacement ready to install that comes with it
65k on odometer. $5000 firm. Will consider trades, what you got?
