Up for auction is my 1961 Chevrolet Corvair convertible.
I have owned for around 6 months and loved every minute of it. Unfortunately, I don't have room for it right now.
- The body is in amazing condition. I think it is actually a fairly new fiberglass body. No meaningful damage that I can see. Some scratches, of course.- Interior seats are darn near perfect. The vinyl looks brand new. Carpeting is fine. If you were super picky you'd probably want to spend $100 for a new carpet kit, but I think that would be a waste. Vinyl on inside of doors is different color red, but that's also a minor thing- Motor is strong. If it is warm it turns over immediately. If it is cold or hasn't been driven in a while it needs some starter spray, but that literally takes 3 seconds to apply and you're ready to roll. Occasionally a random oil leak.- Does not have a convertible top, nor does it have the hardware for one.- I'm reporting odometer mileage. No clue if it has turned over already.- Tires are fine. Will probably last you forever unless you make this puppy your daily driver.- Clean, free and clear title
