1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Additional Info:

1970 Chevy Z28 Camaro with 350 CI engine. The engine runs strong and I believe the engine was rebuilt before I bought it and only put on a few thousand miles on it since then. Not sure the original mileage. The odometer shows 8,518 miles. I bought the car in 2013 just like it is for my son to drive in high school and I had the transmission rebuilt and put new tires on after I bought it. The car is not perfect and sold as-is. See photos for condition. The floor pans and trunk are solid. The Z28 was citrus green as can be seen on the door hinges and door jams. It also came with black stripes from the Norwood Assembly Plant originally. The car has a new Interstate battery and runs and drives as is. The dome light was out and loose. Winning bidder pays a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction end. Deposit can be made with PayPal. If the car sells $16k or above I will include with the sale two new front fenders (Right Fender and Left Fender) from Eastwood and a new American Autowire 510034 kit from Summit Racing which cost me approx. $1500 total. I don't know a lot about this cars history but doing some research based on questions from others with this ad. I have confirmed some of the Z28 features that are not visible in the photos. It does have front disc brakes, the front spoiler is 1" in diameter, the lower A-arm has a aluminum spacer below the rubber snubber, 8k tachometer, Power brakes, front and rear spoiler, rear bumper guards, dual exhaust hangers, all emblems other than the one of the dash is missing, looks like rear end is 10 bolt rather than a 12 bolt, looks to be 3/8" fuel line, the engine block I think is a 1975, I think the Muncie 4-speed is correct with the performance plus Hurst shifter (I had the shifter replaced but I have the original). Like I said, not sure the story behind this Z28 but want bidders to know what is here. I will add more comments as I am able to check it out.
