1979 Chevrolet C-10 Silverado Additional Info:

Fresh out of the storage shed "for real"
Offering for sale is a great example of a well preserved 1979 square body Chevy Silverado LWB Big10 V8 350, Automatic. I purchased this truck from the original owner. I picked this truck up after being locked away in a storage building since 1996. The truck is complete, Rust free, no previous accidents, paint is good for its age Engine runs, Interior is nice (could use a new seat cover) foam is still good, bed is not all beat up, bumpers are straight, saddle tank switch still works, and after a little TLC the engine fired right up. This truck is just as it was when purchased new in 1979 no modifications or performance upgrades. I have driven this truck down the road and back, shifted all three gears, PW, Radio, Blowers and cruise still work. It will need new wheel cylinders and brake lines, tires and some clean up. Millage shows 28k, but I don't know if that is 128k or 228k. The truck will need some work to make reliable. It is an old truck that has been sitting for a long time so expect to do some work on it, but enjoy driving it while you are doing it. Great father son project or something to piddle with.
