No expense was spared on this cars completion. This car has the original engine with matching numbers. You will not find a cleaner Rotisserie Concourse Completed Car. This Chevy Belair is fitted with the original 235 Straight 6 engine with matching numbers. It is paired with its original Powerglide Transmission. Runs and Drives like a new car.Heater and all Gauges are in working Condition and Fully Functional-Even the Clock!The extent of the restoration of this car is unprecedented. Every single Nut, Bolt, and Screw has been replaced throughout the car. Every panel, the Framework, and all adjoining pieces have been removed and brought up to their original condition and state. The meticulous hours put into this car are unmatched. Every aspect of this car has been methodically coordinated and brought up to specifications. It is very possibly one of the nicest restores that I have seen. One would be very hard pressed to find a car of this condition and would pay a hefty sum at Barrett-Jackson or Mecum for a car even close in parity of this Jewel. The interior of this car is like a step back in time. All new vintage/retro cloth interior seats and flooring complete and compliment this car nicely. The interior is color correct and ties in well with the exterior and creates a congruent balance of vintage style. Even more so, the interior paint reflects a like new finish that distinguishes it from lessor restores. The interior Chrom, details, and steering wheel create a genuine original feel as well. The interior-none better! The exterior Paint and Chrome give a true era feeling of a new car. No Expense has been spared on paint. This paint is White with Powder baby blue trim. The paint has such a deep reflective quality it creates a presence of wet paint. The body and every line on this car are correct, smooth, scratch free, and free of dents creating a perfect canvas for the paint. I rate the paint a 9.5/10. The Chrome and all era correct badges and emblems on this cars exterior have been described to me as perfect. I am in full agreement as well. Upon close inspection of the rear back bumper on the right sid, there are a few minimally slight tarnish specks that could inexpensively be corrected to make this car flawless.The rear bumper is slightly flawed. The newer tires are in great shape and road worthiness is of no question. The high gloss wheels are of great condition a give this car a unique touch of class. The Engine compartment as pictured is a prime example of how a like new resto should be completed. It is Spotless and Clea, with a sound running engine as a focal point. No expense spared on the trunk either. The trunk is a fine representation of an original state Belair. The spare tire is placed vehicle specific in its original confines just like the original. For an added touch, an original spare tire kit instruction letter is on the right side inside trunk panel to add to the nostalgia. The trunk is in original state -clean and crisp. Agai, a car that sets the standard and benchmark for restorations.
