I’ve Had tons of interest on this car. Please ! If you want to buy i, Have the cash. I can not hole the car for a month. I’m sellling it because I need money. I don’t mean to sound rude.
The car is a great driverIt’s very solid.Floors have been patched at some point in the foot well area but they were done correct with actual floor boards(no stop signs)The rockers are completely solid the quarters are solid and look to be original from underneathThe rear tail pan has been replaced and is completely solid.Plillars are perfect commonly rusted out in these cars. Not rusted at all tIn this car.I replaced the windshield / seal. No rust under the seal. There’s one small rust hole in the trunk maybe a little larger than a 50¢ piece. I never bothered with it because I t hasn’t bolthered me enough yet hah.Rear bumper rear n brand new, front bumper seems to be an original one with no rust. The chrome has some scratches but it still looks good. Cars runs and drives perfectlyTracks straight No hesitation on the throttle. Does not over heat in any conditions.Low mile 85 chevy 350 4 bolt main with a mild cam an edlebrock intake and a Holley 650 carb.Saginaw 4 speedNew clutch when I put the motor in about 2-3k miles ago.Speedo works but the gauges I never hooked up yet. I retired the car with a completely new wiring harness ( got everything ran tidy and neat and stowed extra wires for a/c radio etc isn’t the approximate location so it’s all there if ever needed.)The car is 63 years old. Not perfect. The car is beautiful, drives anywhere, and isn’t a rust bucket. The paint job is fair. But. It’s not a high dollar paint job. There’s dings and scratches. No rust bubbles no pealing.
Interior is clean and tidy. Paint looks really good on the dash and stuff the door panels are just simple ones that look ok . The front seat looks great. No tears. Rear was a little more beat up so I covered it. No headliner but all the retainers and bows are included.
The car is as simple and straightforward as it gets. Contact me with your email or text me at 215-356-4895 I have videos of it running. I’ve had offers very close to what I want for the car, but I’m not desperate. I’m reasonable, I ask for the same. Thanks and good luck Bidding.
The car is Registered in my Name in Maine ( as I am a Resident of Maine still) the car is LOCATED in Virginia, where I live/work. Maine does not issue titles for antique vehicles, so I provide buyer with a bill of sale and I also have what they call a letter of verification, that simply states that they don’t issue a title. I can notorize these papers if that makes it easier.
