I am selling this all steel original condition 1946 Chevy ½ ton custom built pickup truck that comes with a 350 motor, 350 trans automatic and a 10 bolt rear end with 308 geared rear end. It runs down the highway at 70 mph all day with no issues. This truck has power steering, power brakes and a tilt column. It has the original frame with S10 front clip and tubular upper and lower control arms sitting on radial wide white wall tires with disc brakes. It also has a complete rideteck air ride system with two 480 compressors and one 5 gallon air tank that lets you lay frame right on the ground. The truck has custom pinstriping and hot rod garage painted on the door over the clear coat so that it can be removed and changed with oven cleaner if desired. This truck has original paint that has been clear coated over the top to protect the patina from deteriorating. The interior is black with green piping accents and very comfortable seats. The dash is painted to match the outside striping and has Auto Meter gauges which all work as supposed to and there is an AM/FM CD stereo. This truck comes with a sun visor and a crank out windshield for nice ventilation and has heat and defrost for cold nights. The truck has a deep floor gang box built into the bed floor for storage of chairs, cooler, etc. The bed floor slides out to get access to all your air ride valves, air tank, compressors and air horns. And yes it does have 5 air horns (which scares the crap out of people because they don't expect how loud it is). It also has a large firetruck siren. This truck has new wiring and is wired with two batteries for help with the air ride and siren controls. It has dual 1959 Cadillac taillights. All lights work as they are supposed to, however the fog lights have never been hooked up. I've been on long trips with this truck and have never had any problems. Drive it anywhere. In fact, fly in and drive it home. This is an old hot rod truck that does have rattles and squeaks so if you're looking for a luxury car this is not for you. If you have any questions or need more pics, please call or text (815) 252-8017. This truck is also being sold locally so I have the right to remove this listing at any time. There is a $1000 deposit within 24 hours of listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for shipment/cost. You are welcome to come and inspect this truck at any time. Good luck and happy bidding!!!
