This Corvette looks fantastic, runs great, and is an excellent driver. It is totally solid with great lines and absolutely no rust issues. The Classic White (10) exterior over Dark Brown Leather (692) interior is one of the most attractive color combinations available for 1978. It is also the original color scheme as indicated by the trim tag pictured below. The 4-Speed manual transmission is also quite rare as almost 90% of Corvettes in 1978 came with the automatic. It also has the rarely optioned high performance Gymkhana Suspension. The very low original mileage is verified by not only by the condition of the car, but also the clear Ohio title, pictured below, showing the mileage as "Actual." This Corvette was sold new in 1978 at Camp Chevrolet in Chamblee, GA. It comes with a number of receipts for maintenance and repairs over the years that date back to 1979. Many of the receipts also have the mileage recorded on them. All of the recorded mileages are in correct order and are another great verification of the low original mileage. In addition to the receipts and maintenance records the car also comes with some of the original documentation including the original owners manual, consumer information booklet, Goodyear tire booklet, and the original battery booklet.
