1950 Chevrolet Other Pickups Additional Info:
Up for auction is a nice 1950 Chevy 1.5 ton flatbed truck. My in-laws bought this truck in 2013 to promote their local business and to participate in parades. After they bought it, they had the truck gone though and spent some time/money replacing various parts of the interior. They also had it painted to match their business logo. (burgundy/cream combo)
- The paint is single stage. It still appears in good condition but it's begun to fade a little and could use a polish.- The interior is in great shape with no major rips/tears. Interior paint is also in great shape.- All the lights and electrical systems work as they should.- The transmission shifts perfect and comes with a *special* feature: The "two speed axle shift". This option gives the transmission an additional set of lower gears when towing something really heavy.- The hydraulic tilt bed works perfect.- The engine runs great and starts just as it should.- Tires are in great shape and ready for slow parades or 50-ish on the highway.
Also included with the purchase is THE ORIGINAL: operations manual, car owners companion folder, owners service policy (showing serial number and engine number), delco battery service policy AND the original purchase receipt ($1147.50 new)
The auction has a reserve but don't let that stop you from bidding to win it!
*. *- I'e done the best I can to describe this truck as accurately as possible. It is sold as is! If you have questions, please ask them before you bid.- Shipping cost and logistics are the buyers responsibility. I'll help as needed for loading, etc.- $1,000 deposit due immediately upon the end of the auction. The remaining amount, as well as pick up of the vehicle, are due within 2 weeks after the end of the auction.- The title and transfer documents will be mailed to the new owner after full payment has been received.
Thanks and good luck bidding!!!
