Frame off restoration of an ALL original car. Everything below the body has been either restored, or replaced. There was one repaint done in the original Fathom Green in the EARLY 80's....Lacquer still has lots of shine left and looks great from 10 feet but has typical imperfections and touch ups throughout you'd expect from being done almost 40 years ago, see pics
This is a original 427/390 Four speed car, Factory side exhaust, Factory Fathom Green #'s matching with Tank sticker. Power windows, No power steering or AC, am/fm original radio that works
Now to all the good stuff. Body was removed from frame and taken all the way down to the last bolt. Frame was blasted and painted and without listing everything that's new......Everything from front to back has been done, from New fuel lines to fuel tank, brake lines to calipers, you name it was attended to,nicer than new.....i'll let the pics speak for themselves. Drive train is ALL original numbers Matching Everything and Laminated Tank sticker/Build sheet is included. All drive train mechanical's have been gone through and rebuilt and shows very nice, Engine compartment is beautiful and everything has been done to a high standard. Car runs great, shifts smooth with a new shifter, new clutch and sounds great through the Factory side pipe exhaust which is all new Except the side pipe covers which will need re-chroming. The original Rally's have been redone and the center caps are Original and beautiful, trim rings are new replacements and Bias Ply Firestone redline F70 tires are new with the nubbies still on.
Interior is very nice with a new carpet kit installed and just the emergency brake portion of the console replaced (original had a crack in it). Seats are original Leather and show really well with just a little wear to drivers seat. Dash, dash pad, gauges, door panels etc etc All original and nice. Most of the weather stripping was replaced also. Emblems are all new.Windshield is new but the rest of the glass is original and very nice with the Astro Ventilation imprint on the side glass, very cool. Just taken and had 4 wheel alignment done. Car has only a couple of test miles on it and is ready for its new owner.
