1980 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:

This 4 owner Dark Claret 1980 Corvette coupe was sold new in northern Iowa. It spent most of it's life there and has been driven just under 35,000 miles since new. The miles are documented as original and correct. This car has only been driven on the nicest of days. They only thing I know not to be original on this car is the exhaust and tires. The catalytic converter has been replaced with a straight pipe and mufflers replaced with a pair of performance style. Except for the clock, everything works on this car, including the air conditioning, cruise control, power antenna and 8 track player. This is an exceptionally nice car that can be driven and enjoyed. It would not take make much money or effort to make this an NCRS Top Flight or Bloomington Gold car. The paint is very very nice. Look at the photo of the underside of the front bumper. The air dam is original and not even scuffed. The interior is excellent. The engine compartment needs a good cleaning but is bone stock and all there. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country. It runs, drives, stops, shifts and steers as good as it looks. Brand new Delco battery and near new tires.
