Complete 1800 hour rotisserie restoration 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS that's impeccably finished in Torch Red with Black Racing Stripes and a Black interior. Neck-snapping power comes instantly via a pro-built 454 cubic-inch Big Block V8 backed by a built Muncie 4-Speed Transmission. Power is put to pavement through to a 12-bolt 3.42 Posi-traction rear end. Giving this Chevelle its menacing sound is a 2 1/2-inch exhaust running through Flowmaster mufflers and tailpipes. Handling is better than most muscle cars thanks... to the coilovers up front. Disc brakes up front hide behind sharp 18-inch Ridler wheels. Period correct black interior with LS5 gauges. A Retro-sound Bluetooth radio adds a bit of a modern touch with a throwback style. Show quality and ready to wow, this Chevelle is a dream. The 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu V8 is one of those timeless designs that looks good no matter how the car is built. Stock, modified, race, pro-touring, whatever; the clean lines and balanced stance on these tough looking muscle cars create a modern look with a classic swagger that is an excellent platform for major modifications. If you're ready to stand out with an iconic muscle car that brings a menacing presence and pro-touring attitude packed with modern technology, this 1970 Chevelle is your kind of car. Undercarriage photos: available photos/parkplaceltd/albums/877-855-10308405104 Note this is not a numbers matching SS, so don't ask me. We did not get a build sheet or tank sticker. Trim tag reads 70-13637 built 3rd week of January 1970, originally Fathom Blue with black vinyl roof, black interior. Arlington Texas production line. Correct: SS Grill, Hood, Stripes, Gauges, Tach, bumpers, lights, emblems, rear suspension, boxed trailing arms, sway bars, Seats, chrome trim. The attention to detail on this build / restoration is impeccable right down to the staples in the window whisks, simply very well done and it shows. If you want a big block Chevelle SS with manual gear box to actually drive and have fun with, this head turner is the car. No disappointments here.
