1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 210 Additional Info:
1955 Chevy 210 post car. I posted pictures of the frame first to show how nice it is, the frame will have to be either painted or powder coated. The car has a smoothed firewall, solid floors, has been mini tubbed 2" and the drivers door has been repaired. The body mounts as well as all frame mounts are in great shape. The engine is a 67 to 69 350 4 bolt engine according to the engine number and has beenpunched .30 over with 2 four barrel carbs. The enginefiresright up and runs very nicely. The transmission is a 700r4 and the rear is a narrowed Ford 9". Coil overs on the rear with power disc brakes all around. Rack and pinion steering and comes with a steering column, (not installed). The car has most if not all the stainless with the exception of the belt line moldings included. The trunk is solid with the spare tire well being removed. The body is solid and comes with 2 brand spanking new Golden Star rear quarter panels, (those cost $2,000 alone)that will need to be installed. The wheels and tires on this car are inextremely nice condition. Aluminum radiator, front and rear windshield, floor shifterandnew fuel tankare included as well. Really nice front bumper along with original 55 front and rear seats. This is a great start to an awesome build or project. Build it to look original or would make a great gasser project as well. As with all projectsthere are minor other repairs that will need to be addressed as this is an old car and projectbut certainly nothing major. So why and I selling it? Truth isI simply have too many other projects to complete at this timeso something has to go.I paid $13,500 for the car and have invested another $3,500 plusin it. I'm not interested in trades of any type for this car. Please take a close look at all pictures as I'm sure they will answer many of your questions. Thanks so much for looking and I sincerely hope this car finds a good home with someone that will finish it in the manner it deserves.
