1979 Chevrolet G20 Van Additional Info:

This is a 1991. I had listed my 1979 vehicle and then updated it to this my shop truck work van MFP transport idea. Listing will not allow me to change the year to 1991 and it is stuck at 1979 now.
It is a private sale. it's not being sold by detroitvintagewheels of business as a dealer or anything like that. I own it privately. The paint job is a hack but I did it really to not be perfect as I wanted to have something like that of the movie cars. This one is ready to go rip and down the dirt roads.
As much as I love it I've decided to sacrifice it and a bunch of other of the projects that are aging like fine wine in order to pursue desert off-road racing.
The van has good maintenance starts up runs great and drives good. There's new battery fuel filters a tune up not too long ago engine belt AC was recharged few months ago. The steering feels a little loose to be expected with 145,000 miles the engine runs good the trans shifts fine there's no funny smells no leaks everything but the windshield wipers fluid pump is working. The A/C is cold. I'd even be willing to drive this to the winning bidders house but I'd want the cost of gas my hotel rooms and a plane ticket home. No I'm not riding a bus home I'm going to ride a plane if you want it delivered! But it probably be cheaper to fly out and drive it home yourself or even have it shipped.
The Custom wheels and tires shown are not included. The sets are sold. I have stock steel wheels as shown with the hub caps to go on it with decent tread.
Rust:There isnt any rust. There are no rust "bubbles" at the seams under it or under the doors or bottom of the trunk lid. The nuts and bolts are all clean everywhere and break free easily without using lubricating oil. There is no rust on the Rockers, no rust on the quarters or wheel wells or floors.... the patina rust on the)here are no holes or beginning of anywhere on the outside body or inside the doors or hood. If you haven't had a car from out here in Arizona it's really hard to believe. Rust Belt people just assume that it must be a scam or the person's lying and there's Bondo in it. But those from out west or who've had an Arizona Van Will Get It. the complete interior n underside heat and sound insulated.
