ANSWER TO A RECENT QUESTION FOR CLARIFICATION:
The truck has the original gears in it as they were not modified or replaced.
On the wiring, only the starter and glow plugs are on an in-series 12v just as you would find on any new truck due to the fact that it makes especially winter starting easier and more reliable. The rest of the system is still on the 24v and the truck has the two batteries. I am not sure what you would need to do to change just starter and glow plugs back to 24v since I would never do it...it was too hard to start.
I have all of the maintenance records from the time I purchased it in 2013 to present as well as an original owners manual.
