1969 Chevrolet Corvette L36 427/390 HP Additional Info:

Offered for sale with a very reasonable reserve is a 1969 Corvette Stingray L36 427/390 HP. Originally a Florida car it was brought to Wisconsin in the late 1980s. From 1988 until 2011 it was only driven in summer by a local doctor. I bought the car in 2011 and began a 5 year restoration project in which every nut and bolt molding or trim was either replaced or restored. This was a complete frame off restoration. Car needed very little body work and has had no accidents. Most all components are still original. It retains its Numbers matching engine, transmission and rear end.The car is a factory Air car which has been converted to 134A and blows nice cold air. Its also a factory power steering and power brake car and has factory side pipes. there are about 1250 miles on it since restoration.Look at the pictures and you will note how straight the body is and how nice the door and hood gaps are. Also look at the underside pictures as everything was detailed. Everything works as it should except for the clock which stopped running the other day. The interior is very nice mostly original pieces. I have the tank sticker although very hard to read. This is a car that you can actually drive anywhere you want not something that must be trailered from show to show.
