1948 Chevy 3100 Hot Rod with great "patina"
-Everything replaced, rebuilt or upgraded-Original frame (no S-10 frame here), battery and master cylinder under the floor-Dropped front axle 4", caster shims, new king pins, done professionally, lowered front springs 3" drop-Lowered rear springs 3" drop plus 2" shorter hangers plus axle flipped to the top side of the springs 3 more inches.-Rebuilt 12 bolt with new brakes, axles, parking brake, seals, spider gears etc- Nitro drop shocks front and rear- Front sway bar, massive-Complete steering upgrade with bigger joints, rods etc. All dialed in and aligned.-Gas tank under the bed in factory location, only 1947 and 1948 then they go behind the seat inside the cab. Only year with tank under the bed and five windows. That's what makes the 48' so desirable.

-Entire steering, braking, suspension and fuel system replaced and or upgraded.

-All lighting replaced or upgraded to LED

-All gauges work and are calibrated properly. Speedo gas gauge etc.

-Heating system replaced and or rebuilt

-Working horn and wipers

-Passes North Carolina tough safety inspection no problem.

-Clear Title in hand

-Complete component speaker system with 6" x 9" in boxes behind the seat, tweeters on the dash, and 8" sub under the seat. Mono amp. Polk Audio. Blue tooth Kenwood receiver with USB port. High output. Sounds killer!

-New bed mounts and bed wood.

-New American Racing 18" and 20" wheels on Nitto tires. Intro wheels on the truck in the "barn picture" are available as well.

-New tinted windshield glass with new trim and gaskets

-New oil pan, starter, ignition, water pump, fuel pump, carb, thermostat, valve cover gaskets, wires, clutch fan

-Motor is super quite, runs cool and make no smoke. Carb tuned and timing set professionally. Averaging 23 MPG!!

-Interior gone through including mat, seat cover, headliner etc. Hard to find radio delete filler panel.

-Floor and fire covered in Dyna Mat noise and heat insulator.

-Oversize sport comp gauges fill factory holes.

-Weights only 3300 lbs. Very light!

-Muncie 4 speed transmission rebuilt with new clutch and Hurst shifter. Easy clutch.

-Custom length and balanced driveshaft because the rear axle was moved back 1.5" to center wheels in opening.

-Have driven the truck on many 500 mile trips with zero problems

-No leaks

-Disk Brake conversion, new lines front to back, new dual master under the floor, brakes stop excellent!

-New custom exhaust with delta flow 50 Flow-masters and custom tips. No drone inside cab.

-hood pins, and latch.

-Front and rear bumpers

-Hood emblems

-Battery and complete factory battery box and hold down.

-Steering box could use a slight adjustment for free play. Not bad or it would have been done already, just picky.

-Some rust on cab corners and front fenders. In my opinion the repair would kill the look. I hope it stays as is.

-Kicking around the idea or vintage amber fog lights on the front bumper panel (wired with a switch already) and a new chrome grill.

This truck was built to be driven. If you watched Barrett Jackson "Scottsdale" you know this truck is only going up in value.
