1972 Chevrolet C-10 CHEYENNE Additional Info:
The truck is a 1972 factory 4x4 short bed. It just had a frame off high end restoration where the best parts were used. We installed a 5.3/4l60e motor and transmission combo from a 2003 chevy tahoe. Other than the cold air intake and ceramic coated long tube headers, the motor is all stock. Every sensor, water pump, alt, and starter are all brand new from gm. The wiring harness and computer are brand new from bp automotive. The transfer case is the np205, it was mated to the transmission using an advanced adapters kit. The fuel tank was moved to the rear under the bed. The gauges are dakota digital. It has vintage air heat and ac. Everything on the outside of the truck is brand new, including trim, handles, mirrors, bumpers, grille, emblems, glass, etc. The whole underneath of the truck, inside cab floor and inside of the bed is coated with spray in bedliner. The paint is as near flawless as you could pretty well get. We just got back from c10 nationals in texas and this truck got so much attention, including winning an award, which some of the best trucks in the country were there. It will also be on powernation tv when they air the coverage of the c10 nationals show.
