This 1957 Chevy Handyman Wagon comes powered with a correct 235 CID engine and 3 on the tree manual transmission. This 6 cylinder runs great! No smoke! No rattles! Transmission shifts smooth with all gears working. This vehicle moves and stops under its own power! It is not road ready though. It needs a windshield (all the stainless moulding is there, some pieces in the back and in the box) and electrical work. It starts with the ignition switch and the temp gauge works. Lights and other elect. not working. I would also recommend complete brake work to be safe. The floors have been repaired with sheet metal. I looked under car and rust is not bad (I've seen worse). Not able to get good pictures of under car. Most of the rust on outside is surface except for the few spot which I've indicated in the pictures. Front seat upholstery is good but the rear seat has a few tears in it. The headliner is in good shape. All other glass(except windshield) is in good shape. Windows all roll up and down. This cool car can be restored or just driven as is (if appropriate safety repairs are made).
