1977 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Additional Info:
Real deal 1977 z28 sold new in Canada and I have the original window sticker that goes with it. Also was a factory 350 with 4 speed car. Clutch pedal still in car. Pretty rare car if you look up the numbers only 15000 z28 cars in 77 and less than half that were 4 speed cars. This car retains all its original panels minus the hood and that includes trunk and floor. Paint is new in done in the factory color silver it was born with. Professionally done and color sanded and buffed to a show shine. Very straight car and show worthy application of paint. Engine is a built 489 stroker splayed 4 bolt main eagle crank and h beam rods both forged and srp 10.5:1 forged pistons. Solid roller cam 705, lift roller rockers with girdles, edelbrock victor intake and pro systems 950 carb. Heads are ported and polished with bigger valves installed 1967 closed chamber oval ports. Also has a nos power shot system on it with purge valve(Used 100 shot twice) mezier electric water pump powermaster starter and alt, Gz 104 super pro vacuum pump. Msd digital 6 box distributor and wires, innovate afr guage that makes tuning carb a snap no more guessing on jets and idle air adjustement. Trans is a built turbo 400 with 4500 stall billet converter. Car runs 10.50 at sea level on motor. 10.90 at 4800 ft above sea level. Rearend is a built. 8.5 10 bolt 35 spline moser axles moser spool 411 gears and moser braced cover. Tubes are welded and perches are reinforced. Multi leafs with cal trac bars and mark Williams chromoly drive shaft with 1350 ujoints. Welded in sub frame connectors and 6 point roll bar with drivers swing out bar. Pypes stainless 3 inch mandrel bend with x pipe all the way over rear axle. Stock front end with disk brakes and all rebuild or new with line lock. Drums rear. Be cool 4 core radiator and dual fan module. Interior is nice as well all factory and not cut up has front racing bucket seats with harness up to date and stock rear seats and door panels headliner dash ect. Auto meter gauges. 15x10 rear wheels with mickey Thomson pro bracket drag radial, 17x4 mickey Thompson radial front runner. There is a lot of money spent on this car and it’s built right. Have a stack of receipts that probably total up to well over 25k in part alone and I don’t have them all and that not including the car. Motor built sheet is there however that was 10k alone. Car is street legal as well. Stock tank intacked with sump welded in and gas guage works. Hardwood 4 inch bolt on show series hood and factory decals installed. This whole built has very little run time mostly 1/8 mile bracket racing a few times last year. It was original paint and decals until this winter when I completely tore it apart and had it redone to look original again. I’m missing a lot but as you can see the car is stunning and will run with the faster cars at track show with the nicer cars at fairgrounds and cruise to. This is a must see in person the paint and body is so nice and as you can see in pics its very very clean and well built.
