1950 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe Standard Additional Info:
I'm don't know where to start, so I'll just start. Recently purchased from the ORIGINAL family, what you're looking at is a completely UNRESTORED ORIGINAL 1950 Chevy. I'm calling this car an EXTREME SURVIVOR because that is what it is! No rust, damage or paint work EVER. What you're seeing is the car in it's 100% original form There's been no touching up or detailing what-so-ever. Even the seat material is original and PERFECT!! The paint is 68 years old and although shiny it has it's fair share of nicks, scratches and rock chips. Especially the front of the hood. There is NO rust underneath the car. Solid as a rock. Never undercoated just light normal corrosion and no scale. rockers and floors are perfect. The trunk is the original 1950 mat in perfect condition. The jack and instructions are intact too. The chrome around the tail lights are not pitted and the bumpers are dent free and look good for being this old.
The miles are documented as actual which is a hair less than 70,000 miles. Since 1988 the car has logged a mere 3,000 miles! The car was properly stored year after year. A yearly "fogging" of the engine was done religiously. In the past few years, the brake hydraulics were redone as well as the gas tank. The tank was lined and Staybil was added. I just want to note that the owners put lead additive in the gas everytime gas was added. This car has had a lot of love. The car starts instantly and you can barely hear it run.
Check out the original paperwork!! The ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE, WARRANTY BOOK and other things related. Although the car runs well, the tires are very old bias belted tires so shipping the car is the best option. Any questions?? Call with any questions Tom 402-650-3849
But remember this. U N R E S T O R E D.
The winning bidder to send a $1000. deposit via Paypal 48 hours end of auction. The balance to be paid within 7-days in the form of a certified bank check, bank to bank wire transfer or cash when you pick the car up. It goes without saying, the car is sold in as-is condition. Good luck who's going to be the new owner of this great car??
