I drive it a couple times per week, My daughter just took it on a 2 hour tour around the bay area freeway and towns. 350 motor is a clean non smoker fresh oil/filter (within 200 miles) Recent interior is very clean and pliable. Vehicle body is straight with minimal rust beginning around the usual edges. Paint failing and oxidizing in areas. Inner structure panels appear to be free of any such rust. Most everything is well used and can be driven as is or restored at your leisure. A/C unit is not on vehicle but I do have.
