If you want to buy a classic car project that Increases in value with every New Part Installed and Every Minute of Labor Time you work on it, then this is the one Vehicle you don’t loose on.
1969 Camaro’s are the most sought after vehicles on the market today and this is a Rare Project Chevrolet Camaro LM-1 with it'sBorn with Number's Matching Drivetrain.
Still sitting on its original rally wheels with a very original interior and engine compartment. It ran when I parked it in my garage, and still turns freely today.
There were only 10,406 LM1's produced last made in 1968. There was actually less LM1's produced than Z-28's, and Not many were built in Rally Green?
The 350 V-8 engine is the numbers matching HS code 255 HP. There are pictures of the engine pad to see the engine code and matching VIN #.
Also, look at the pics of the engine compartment to see how original and unmolested it is. Missing Chrome Air Cleaner Cover.
The rear is the original 12 bolt 3.07 Posi rear axle BR 1104G1 E.
The Trans is the 350 turbo automatic. The Trans is probably original to the Camaro. I don’t know how to find the numbers on Trans.
The interior is a Black bucket seat automatic console interior. The rear seat is the Rare Optional Fold Down Seat.
The dash is the Clock Dash. The interior isn't perfect, but most of it's all there. There's a photos of the interior too after this description.
This is a project so it obviously needs work. Original paint code on cowl tag shows it to be a Rally Green (paint code 79 79) Camaro with No Vinyl Top! No Disc Brakes, if you Research LM-1’s they were Racer’s Start to Drag Cars.
There is evidence of Rally Green overspray in the trunk, cowl, frame rails, etc. The body has its bad and good. Look at all the pictures after this description to form your own opinion.
Bottom line is that this is a Rare 1969 Chevrolet Camaro LM1 project and when it’s done you name the price, Sky is the Limit LM-1’s Last in Production in 1968.
