click on my ebay store for more of my classics, suv's trucks etc!!!Look me up on the web teddy's auto sales waukon iowafor all 90 plus pics and video, scroll down and click full item description, or view on classic view/non mobileThis 1951 Chevy panel wagon was owned by a gentleman from south west wisconsin since 1996. (In pics see condition before he painted it etc) he did the body and painted it, went through the engine and trans. put on a new master cylinder, on...e new brake cylinder and line. exhuast, and converted it to a 12 volt system. As the video shows, the headlights work. it starts right up by choking, pushing the floor start. it shifts all of the gears smoothly. the trans shifts great with no grinding noise or play. AS the video shows, it drives down the road at 45-50 mph the way a 51 should. He became ill, and could not complete the rest of the truck to the level he was going to take it. it still needs passenger side window glass, and one rear door window glass. (easy replacement flat glass, moldings available online) it retains the 216 6 cyl 3 speed on the column. he kept the truck original other than the two front seats and paints etc. this is a truck you can drive while you take it to the next level. The body work and paint I would call as a ten footer. Good enough in my opinion for daily driver use/local shows. I was told he used patch panels and filler as the video shows, really look at the pics and video as I showed it for what it is. I am running the truck off a aux tank as the original tank is dirty and should be replaced or cleaned out before using it. the back doors open and shut the way they should. the latches hold tight. It comes with a clean and clear numbers matching title ready for you to register. the plates and the plate topper do not go with the sale. AS everyone has their own opinion on what a non restored truck should be, I recommend and encourage you to come and inspect it or hire ebay to do a independent inspection for you. I require a 200 dollar non refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction end. If I do not get the deposit within the time frame or before you come for the truck, I will assume you are a dreamer or a scammer and not serious about buying it. I can recommend shippers I have used in the past who have been very reasonable. call me with any questions at all!
